Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)

International Shipping
- USA, Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–16 business days
- Rest of World: 14–21 business days
International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order has shipped.
Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holdups, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
